I came across this family and their page about a nice little hyperadobe office they built. Hyperadobe differs from earthbag in that the earth is put in mesh tubing (raschel warp knit mesh, to be specific). This does away with the need for barbed wire as the earth directly touches in the courses, forming a monolithic bond.
I haven’t had an opportunity to get hands on with hyperadobe yet but I look forward to being able to some day.
