During this week-long workshop, participants will get hands-on experience building a full earthbag hyperadobe tiny house from foundation to roof. This class is open to folks of any and all skill and knowledge levels. Participants will also learn earth plastering, roof construction, and we will cover many other aspects of designing and building an earthen tiny house.
Limited to 6 students. Morning coffee and lunch will be served daily. Hours: 10am to 5pm daily.
July 11 – 12
Marshall, NC
During this sleek, two-day workshop, participants will get hands-on experience building with adobe T-bricks (forms), building with cob, and plastering a hyperadobe tiny house. This class is open to folks of any and all skill and knowledge levels. Participants will also learn earth plastering, roof construction, and cover many aspects of building an earthen tiny house.
Limited to 6 students. Morning coffee and lunch will be served daily. Hours: 10am to 4pm daily.
Vermont: Free primitive camping is available at a hipcamp site that is usually $50 per night (a $300 value alone!).
North Carolina: Free primitive camping is available at my property, 45 minutes from the build site. There are also many AirBnBs and camping opportunities in the Marshall area.
If a participant cancels six weeks or more before the scheduled beginning date, a full refund minus paypal fees and $25 will be given.
Between six weeks and one month, half of the money, minus paypal fees, will be refunded. Less than one month before the begin date, no refund will be given.
In any cases of cancellation, one can also use their credit towards a later workshop or towards consultation (availability permitting).
